Honey

Produced in Sedlescombe by Rikki and his daughter, their bees forage across an extensive garden. Living in eight hives, they don't use chemicals or medication, or feed sugars, they never take more than the bees can happily spare. With minimal interventions, they allow their colonies to 'just be'.
